總體情況:與圖片宣傳不符，慎訂。
環境:住的是一樓的房間，一進去就一股黴味，地板是水泥地板，牆壁也有不少發黴地方，桌面上有很多灰塵。
設施:床墊很薄，很硬，床單、被子和枕頭摸起來都很潮濕，感覺不太衞生。廁所裏面的衞生紙摸起來質量也很差，很硬，提供的洗髮露沐浴露看起來質量也很差。
總之，酒店設施環境對不起這個價格，唯一一點優勢是離海邊很近。

體驗很差，停車倒是方便，五一假期訂的，去到那老闆説原來的房間沒有了，説是平台出錯了，説257的價格低了，老闆覺得他虧，叫我加50升級海景房，按原價257的價格，死活不鬆口，結果還是要加20才得入住，第一次遇到這種臨時加價的，要不是太晚入住，真的不想住這家。

額……環境差，被圖片中的房間環境騙了。但是出門就是海邊。衞生間的花灑都是壞的，……房間還有股奇怪的味道，牀板也臟臟的服務態度也有點……emm……愛答不理的樣子，除了老闆娘

房間好大，價格合理，標間是一張雙人床和一張單人床。空調在門的上方，這點太好了，不會對着床吹，這一點比有的酒店好很多。我給父母還訂了個海景標間，露台真是太爽了。酒店設施稍顯陳舊，正在替換更新，看到前台擺放了新採購的床墊。老闆人很好，非常友善，給我父母房間裏舊床墊上又墊了張床墊，還推薦了附近好玩的景區。

入坑首選！！！已投訴12315！過年去防城港玩預訂的，由於收到了沒預訂成功的短訊，直到短訊扣費我才知道，原來這家酒店確認了訂單！！13號在我不知情預訂成功也沒入住情況下，酒店也是不會聯繫一下客人的哦。12號當天還去到酒店大廳問他們為什麼不接我網上的訂單（因為朋友卻成功入住了），前台“哦”了一聲，沒然後了，由於我已經重新預訂了旁邊酒店，也沒有過多追問。榻榻米很窄哈，慎重選擇！其次，12號朋友辦理入住時酒店也告知不用進行公安系統的人臉認證，直接上樓就行！！有什麼安全可言，説不定隔壁住的就是危險人物！可怕！整個防城港的服務業水平都非常的….
