Pro: 1. Early check in 2. Robot help to deliver orders to room, so we not need to go lobby to collect the delivery. Very convenient 👍. 3. Friendly reception Con: 1. Hotel’s renovation look abit old/ aged although advertised it is 4 star selected hotels in Hengdian world studio. Remark: We booked family room which included two adult tickets and one child ticket. Refer to online comments, people said can top up money to change the child ticket to adult ticket, but we were unable to do it.

The rooms are clean and convenient, the service is well taken care of, and it's easy to travel.

It is my best experience ever. The staffs are really enthusiastic and friendly. They help me every time and everywhere. I feel touched. From a ver far away place to hengdian but feel like being welcomed as at home. The hotel clean, the staffs are excellent.
