I checked into Xicheng Hotel today. It was a very good experience. I feel that the hotel's services are all super five-star. When I entered the front desk, I was asked to put my hands on the heating pad to warm them, and I was also asked to drink red dates and ginger tea to drive away the cold. After arriving at the room, the eldest sister said that I checked in late and was afraid that I had not had dinner, so she took the initiative to provide me with eight-treasure porridge. Such service was really unexpected. Fruits and small candies were even provided in the room for free. Although the room rate was not high, there were constant surprises. Service: The service is good. The room was booked in advance. Because I am sensitive to smell, the hotel staff opened the window in advance and put carbon bags. I like it 👍. A fruit plate was also delivered in the afternoon, and the check-out was very fast.

Facilities: The suite facilities are relatively good. The 3rd floor of the old hotel should have been renovated. It is not a smart hotel, and the toilet seat needs to be paid.
Environment: A bit noisy. The 3rd floor is just the dining area. There are many people attending the wedding banquet when going up and down the 2 elevators. The sound of the bathroom flushing and the noise of the children next door are very clear at night, and the sound insulation is average.

Wanda hotel is a very nice hotel. The lobby is very big, Andrew is so friendly: he offered kind help when I checked out and finally someone speaks english very well!
I mainly recommend this hotel to Italian people fir its delicious breakfast: cappuccino, cacke, sweet, oat, jam, yogurts, nuts .... definitely better than all other ch7nese hotels booked.
Also a big and well served gym.
