Speechless, I booked this homestay on May 1st because there was no hotel, but I refused to refund the deposit, and I couldn't find the platform to deal with it. I called 12315 on the 4th to get it back. After seeing the reviews saying that the service attitude is good and the sanitation is okay, I booked it. 259 is not cheap, it is understandable to check in with a deposit of 100. I didn’t know the location and asked the service staff. My boyfriend spoke with a strong tone. We admitted our mistake, but the service staff said that you can tell the difference between east, west, north and south? Whoever said this is not angry. At the end of the check-out, they said that our attitude was bad and refused to refund the deposit. After contacting the store and the platform for a few days, they did not deal with it, and even provided fake transfer records. Really speechless, everyone be careful to avoid lightning. It's not about the deposit, it's just disgusting.
