和姐妹們相約在河源遊玩，大眾點評找到的。2房一廳，
滿意的地方：
房間和客廳都不小。我們四個人住挺舒服
位置就在鏡花緣門口，走路開車都可以去
周邊很安靜、空氣也很不錯
略欠缺的地方：
客廳的椅子的海綿墊太軟、坐在上面就往下塌了下來
洗手間有點小。
早餐比較單一，衹有湯米粉
⚠️⚠️⚠️不滿意的地方：是客房部的工作人員的態度
打電話讓拿一個紅酒開瓶器，他説沒有，再多問幾句，就直接掛機；於是打電話給了他前台，前台小姑娘説在前台櫃子上有，前台就讓他送上來了。
過了半小時有一朋友來訪，打電話客房部，讓他再送一個酒杯。他説他走不開，酒杯放前台，讓我們自己去拿。我説你什麼時候忙完再送來，沒講完又掛機了。
客房部的服務意識和處理問題能力都需要加強和監督

客户需要的東西自己不送。讓客户自己去前台拿。

環境挺好的，服務也很熱情，就是馬桶的反味有點大，枕頭太低了。旁邊走路可以去鏡花緣，還挺方便的。

設施：不咋地，馬桶位置卡着洗手枱，不方便坐，淋浴隔間乾濕分離不知道咋弄的，還是會有水漏出去，排水也不好，早上起來還是一地水。晚上八九點開始水一直不熱，説是太多人用，等到11點還是不怎麼熱，太累了衹能匆匆忙忙擦下身。早晚總聽到水管有聲音，明明沒有開水龍頭。門、桌這些感覺開合都不是很順暢，會有很明顯聲音，房間隔音也一般。
衞生：看起來衞生還行，但是躺床上總感覺有味道，很像那種枕頭用久了沾到頭油和口水的味道，有點噁心到我，把枕頭翻到反面用才好點。
環境：靠着景區比較安靜，早上能散散步呼吸新鮮空氣。
早餐有粥、豆漿、饅頭、炒麪、煮雞蛋，很一般。
奉勸！還是定市區酒店吧！開過來也就十來分鐘！
