Nice and quiet place... great for families with kids. Like 25 minutes drive from Banská Bystrica. The lady at the reception Sophia was very friendly and helpful...an excellent staff.
The rooms on the 3rd floor were a bit too hot in July. But it is ski resort, so I think they should put climatisation in the rooms.

I spend the night in hotels almost every week and I am generally positive, but this hotel was exceptionally disappointing, poor service at a ridiculously high price, 138 euros per night including breakfast.
Probably because there were hardly any guests, the service was bizarrely bad, hopefully it will be better on busy days. The breakfast after the first night was very simple, after the 2nd day there was no more breakfast! I could literally go to work without breakfast. The room was very basic. Bed + desk without atmosphere. No coffee, tea or kettle. Simple bathroom. Because I travel constantly for work, I regularly use the "laundry service", which did not exist in this hotel. Not even after I made it clear that I would just pay for it.
There is also a spa and swimming pool. I only saw the sauna, which was good in itself. However, there is a very bad smell in the corridors and rooms of the spa, I even inquired about its origin. The opening hours until 9 p.m. in the evening are indicated. But during quiet times the spa closes. In short, I paid a lot for no service. I made my complaint known, but the staff could only shrug their shoulders. When asked what they expected from my reference, I received no answer. I'll never come here again!
