The place is so nice the view and the BF room ia so beatiful ,one thing i i get there too late and the staff send me a wrong location take me around 1 hrs to get lost and find to get there . But the hotel is so lovely stafc at the BF room so nice i suggest you to stay here

location meravigliosa affacciata sul lago maggiore, ampi spazi immersi nella natura, interni curati nei minimi dettagli con pezzi d'arte molto originali. ho passato un weekend da sogno con molti amici che mi hanno raggiunto da più parti del mondo. Bruno grande padrone di casa molto ospitale, il suo staff molto gentile e disponibile. un'esperienza fantastica. grazie davvero!!

The most beautiful place, calm and quiet...hospitality is amazing, staff is doing a great job. Everything was perfect in our stay...appartements are nice rustic style...there are beautiful dogs that you can pet and also pets are allowed.

The room was fine. The patio furniture outside our room was old, rusty and very uncomfortable. Too much shade. The shower walls had loads of calcium deposits. If you like old, dark and gray then you will like the breakfast area. It’s 100 years old. The garden was not at all inviting. The 2 young men who staff the place were very kind and accommodating. .

Man erfährt so hautnah, was der Pferderennsport für eine Bedeutung im Ort hat. Tolle, grosszügige komfortable Zimmer, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, Tiere vor Ort, etwas abgelegen vom Dorf, dafür sehr ruhig, einziges Mango: Wlan ging im Zimmer bei schlechtem Wetter nicht

Very pleasant discovery. With my wife and our children aged 3 and 9 we stayed for two days in this wonderful property. Surrounded by greenery with truly excellent attention to detail, it offers large spaces and pleasant views. The very friendly and helpful owners make the stay even more pleasant than the location already offers. Breakfast, served in a warm and tastefully furnished environment, is made up of fresh products (both savory and sweet) of excellent quality. We had the pleasure of staying in the Nearco apartment, of large size and with a wonderful lake view that can be appreciated from the generous terrace. We will gladly return to this property and personally I can only recommend it.

We stayed in the property for the mini-basketball Carnival Cup and it was an extremely positive experience. The property is beautiful, well maintained, very clean and the managers are very kind. There are many very sociable animals, cats, horses, dogs and even a zebra which were certainly an added value to the stay. It is certainly a structure that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the place.

Stunning, warm and hospitable apartment with a balcony overlooking the lake; rich breakfast (from sweet to savory) served inside this huge room. An old riding school transformed into mini apartments. Struttura stupenda e ben tenuta, immersa nel Parco dei Lagoni di Mercurago, ha una bellissima vista, anche dalla camera, del lago maggiore. Stanza spaziosa e curata nei minimi particolari, personale gentilissimo. La buona colazione è servita in una sala con il camino acceso. Si trovano cavalli, pecore, una zebra, gatti e cani.
