Conveniently central location, quiet rooms, and water feature at reception (a giant pink bucket/bucket with water dripping down from the 3rd floor every few seconds). The breakfast buffet is adequate, but if you take something later, the remaining items at the table are cleared away so quickly that we couldn't even finish our tea and juice. Beautiful green inner courtyard visible from the room with a wonderful evening bird concert.

The room itself is very nice, and the parking underneath the hotel is a big plus. It's also in the center, easily reachable. When I entered the room, I noticed a fan on the desk. Strange, because the room is supposed to be equipped with an air conditioner. A few moments later I understood the reason behind it: the airco doesn't work. When 30 degreed Celcius is expected, airco is more than just nice to have. So back to the reception for help. Alas, no room was available to switch to, at least not for tonight. But tomorrow it would be possible. I confirmed with the lady receptionist that I would come by after work and I could switch rooms. No problem. Next day, at around 5PM, I stop by the reception coming back from work. Explaining that I'm here to swap rooms, the receptionist (different one) tells me: "ah no, you were going to do that this morning and you didn't show.", accompagnied by a large grin on his face, seemingly happy (for whatever reason) to deny my request. Explaining again that I specifically agreed to come by *after* work, he then admits a communication error with his colleague, and proceeds to tell me that he held the room until 1PM and now they are fully booked again. But that didn't keep him from tapping away at his computer, searching for who knows what. All that while sporting a rather arrogant demeanor. The sarcastic sounding "I wish you good sleep" at the end was the cherry on the cake. If you know upfront that there is an issue with the airco (which they did, hence the fan), and it's part of the room's amenities (which it is), no stating the issue beforehand (or at the very latest when checking in, is something I consider very bad service and all but customer oriented. Yes they promised (I've yet to see the invoice) a discount, but as I'm here for business and thus not paying for the room (my employer is), that has zero impact for me. Other than that: a fridge in the room would've been nice, and a daily bottle of water instead of just one at the beginning of your stay. It would also be good if a receptionist stayed at their reception, instead of continuously standing outside chatting away, reluctantly dragging themselves inside whenever a guest appears at the reception.

We had a great experience at Vienna House in Dornbirn, especially because we were so well received by Oscar. Oscar is the most friendly and helpful reception manager we have ever experienced. He helped us with his local knowledge, travel advice and getting things organised. He did the extra mile and went out of his way to help us. Every hotel, lucky enough to have such a great person on duty should take good care of such talents.

Stayed 4 nights over Christmas at this Hotel. Staff were excellent as was the whole experience.On Christmas Day they organised a wonderful Christmas dinner with entertainment as part of the package. Whoever was responsible for the cleaning of our room was to be commended , can't go into detail here but it was somebody with a wonderful sense of humour..

We visited the Hotel Martinspark for one weekend. The staff was super nice and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. They had a special: if you skip the room cleaning, you'll get a little surprise; which was really nice. Especially the breakfast was extraordinary good! The location in the middle of the center was super, therefore we were able to go shopping, have dinner and spend our evening in the local bars. Great visit!

The hotel is beautiful, The food is good in both variety and taste, beds mattresses are quite good (not great but well above average), the rooms have classic design and are very clean. The staff were helpful. The interior is stylish. I really liked the place.

Nicely received, we felt really welcome. Everything was well explained how we can leave tomorrow morning, because there is no reception yet. Room good, but warm. Shower well. Completely satisfied. We are passing through and will only stay here for 1 night. Dornbirn itself is a nice place with cozy restaurants.

Very central hotel, very friendly staff, spacious and very clean rooms, exquisite breakfast buffet, mountain views, and very modern and different reception, what I missed were TV channels in Spanish.

First disappointment; the SPA announced on several sales sites is in fact just a room fitted out with a shower and a small sauna. Second, more problematic disappointment: the services agreed, reserved and paid for were not provided as requested, so we did not have was able to take advantage of it -＞ poor organization, incomprehension within the overwhelmed teams Leading to the third disappointment: seminars every day including Saturday and Sunday, overwhelmed staff therefore, noisy and stressful environment with people in suits and in a hurry Positive point the buffet Very varied breakfast, for all tastes. Although difficult to appreciate with all these professionals in a hurry, knowing that there is only one hot drinks machine (yes you have to queue like at the supermarket checkout) The hotel is however clean and modern , well located and with free parking in the basement. Recommended for a night at the limit or for a professional stay.

The hotel has a car park directly underneath the hotel. Access is relatively difficult with a larger car. You are in the centre of town. The hotel's ambience is great! Architects have implemented ideas here. Friendly, courteous reception. Breakfast buffet with variety in a very nice hotel area.

The rooms are spacious, clean, great beds, quiet (I've been there several times and had different rooms). What's wrong with the breakfast is a mystery to me. Definitely one of the better ones I know. I think the last time minibars were built into a hotel room was in 1987, there aren't any here, but everything is in the lobby. The location is absolutely central, there's a small sauna, that's a matter of taste, I prefer that to a wellness area. Even if you theoretically have to make a reservation, you get peace and quiet. In summary: I can recommend it. It's not quite perfect, but there's nothing that's really missing/bothering either.

We are very happy with our stay at Vienna House Martinspark Dornbirn. The location, a few meters from the pedestrian zone and the beautiful old town, is simply perfect, the staff are very - very - very friendly and competent (we received a very warm welcome even though we arrived early - and immediately felt welcome), the rooms are large and cleanliness is a top priority, the WiFi works perfectly, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired (delicious, regional dishes, good coffee and a large selection of teas and delicious sparkling wine on weekends and public holidays). We are very happy to have stayed here and look forward to the next time.
