A very well located and simple process to checkin. The bathroom etc was perfect and I had a wunderbar sleep. If I visit Dortmund again, I will prioritise staying at these apartments.

Worst place ever!We walked in,and walked out in 10 minutes.It stinks of smoke,dirty laundry in washing machine,apartment was dirty.Entrance is up a dark staircase,felt like a horror movie. It is located in a horrible,horrible area.We felt unsafe,neighbourhood is dirty and rundown. This is a waste of money,and a scam.Cant believe they want people to pay for that rubbish dump

Beware of this accommodation, I do not recommend it! Very bad experience. Two hours before check-in they called us and said that they would give us another room, in another facility, in another location. When we looked at the room, we refused. Dirt, disgust, outside the center, no shops. Then we were told to either accept it or they would cancel our accommodation. We were sitting outside their hotel in Dortmund and they had no accommodation. When we called them to somehow clarify the problem, they hung up and nobody came outside the hotel for us. While we were standing there the whole time, nobody came out and apologized. After that they stopped answering the phone. I wouldn't wish it on anyone to be in a foreign country and lose accommodation there!

When we arrived there was impossible to get in contact with TM Studio, they did not respond om e-mail, they did not answer the phone. This place promised "check-in from 3 pm, mostly earlier" and we several attempts to get in contact by phone. We had to book and pay a hotel to have someplace to stay. THIS IS FRAUD !

Der Code für das Haus und das Zimmer wurde nach einer kurzen telefonischen Nachfrage direkt zugesandt. Das war das einzig
positive. Das Zimmer war kalt und laut. Wände speckig. Fenster undicht. Möbel alt und kaputt, billigstes Inventar. Brandlöcher und Brandflecke von Zigaretten überall. Die Badezimmertür schleifte auf dem Boden und ließ sich nur mit Anstrengung öffnen und schließen
Das Haus und Zimmer sind unsauber, gammelig und speckig. Der schmale Tisch war dreckig. Das Badezimmer eine Zumutung. Kein Stöpsel im Waschbecken, ekelig. Schimmel auf den Dichtungen der Dusche. Elektrische billigste Wandheizung, kaltes Bad. Die Toilettenbürtstenhalterung wackelig. Die zwei Schlafsessel waren ekelig speckig. Für 3 Personen gab es nur 1 Handtuch. Alles wirkte alt , gammelig und primitiv. Der Preis ist für so ein Loch die reinste Frechheit, aus diesem Grund verlange ich eine Rückzahlung von 50 Prozent!

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Völlig okay zum übernachten. Wie haben nichts zu beanstanden. Personal sehr nett. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Café im Erdgeschoss sehr lecker.
