Nice hotel clean and very modern. It’s easy to find and very comfortable.

European hotel beds are a bit small, but the design is okay. For those who absolutely want Chinese food, it is more convenient to find food here. It's also very close to the exhibition hall. The other thing is, it depends on your needs for cost performance.

The hotel is in a good location. It takes about 5 minutes to walk across the road from Dortmund Main Station. It is like a pedestrian street along the way, with many businesses and restaurants! The hotel is relatively clean, but the room facilities are too few! It only provides hand soap and shampoo and shower supplies, and basically nothing else! The biggest problem is that there is something wrong with the hotel. Turning on the cool breeze in summer has little effect. Fortunately, the windows can be opened and it is cooler. The bed is a bit too soft at night! The European Cup costs 2,000➕ per night, which is too expensive!

The hotel is located in the city center, 5min walk from the train station and close to public transportation. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the hotel proximity. The room was modern, very clean and with comfortable bed. The temperature was excellent as well. Big shower cabin with hot water. The breakfast include various type of cheese, meats, salads, eggs and some sweets. The coffe is excellent. Something to prepare a hot tea in the room will be nice. Also please consider to include some fresh fruits for the breakfast (at least apples and bananas).

We stayd there for a football trip. And for this kind of travel, this hotel is enough. The price was because of the champions league game to high. but thats unfortunately common. There is no charm in the hotel, very modern and cold. But everything clean and proper. The rooms are in a good size for this kind of stay. Nothing special. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but nothing to complain too. The people were absolutely kind and nice.

10 minutes walking distance from the main train station, not many nice restaurants or bars around .. though opera house is just in front ..feels like an old hospital/ admin building turned into a hotel, rooms spread over 7 floors .. rooms simple, clean with comfy beds. No own restaurant .. only a rooftop lounge were breakfast is served - lounge not open the whole time (closes after breakfast till 4:30 pm), hence no place to hang around or work during the day. Breakfast decent. Service (reception) very slow as totally understaffed .. too little services …decent value for money ..

A Radisson hotel that Radisson should be ashamed of. Poor reception. Receptionists spent most of their time outside the front of the hotel smoking and ran in when they finally spotted you waiting at the reception desk. Once they hS attended you they ran back out! Seemed very annoyed to be interrupted using their mobile phones. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work. The room is only made up every 3 days. I had to ask at reception for toilet roll! Shower is within the room with no privacy glass and the room is decorated as though for a pre-teen! Sadly the room view didn’t compensate as looking directly into a multi story car park. Tried the roof top bar. Give it a miss. Staff sane attitude as reception and it looked like a staff canteen. As a lady on my travelling to meet family I felt very unsafe entering the hotel and placed my case by the door whilst in the room. In its favour though comfy bed and great central location.

We had booked the prizeotel in Dortmund for the CL quarter-final between BVB and Atlético Madrid. Luckily we did so in time before the prices at all Dortmund hotels shot up to astronomical heights. We were already familiar with the prizeotel's "good and cheap" standard from other cities. The rooms are simply furnished but completely adequate. There is a rooftop bar where we got in the mood for the game. The morning after, there was also an acceptable breakfast there.

Hotel in an excellent location, quiet, clean room, comfortable beds, the shower remains in the room and not in the bathroom which is strange... The staff is helpful, clearly English or German is spoken, no Italian There is no bar/drinks vending area available 24 hours, however I recommend it they had a good time

Sehr netter Herr am Empfang beim Einchecken… Leider war mir die Raumtemperatur zu niedrig, es funktionierte auch nur 1 Heizung… Die der nette Herr aber angestellt hat.. Leider war über den Regler im Zimmer nix möglich, weder konnte man ihn ab noch anstellen… Das Kopfkissen war nicht wirklich meins, aber ansonsten ein gutes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten… Auch die Dusche und das WC waren groß genug…

Absolut super preis Leistung. Mega freundliches personal- sie waren super bemüht und arrangiert. Vielen Dank
