Very clean and friendly service, sorry I didn’t take much pictures, but I can guarantee you that it’s a place to be. Since I love food I just took a pic of my breakfast 🥞 🥰

Nice hotel but could be better

Compared to the first check-in, it was very pleasant with the lady much more welcoming (more competent) the next day at lunchtime!

Best Western Plus Soaho Douala Airport is two minutes from the Airport and the Grand Mall Shopping Center at Douala. The hotel has exciting amenities, including at least three swimming pools, a unique aquatic park for kids, a tennis court, and a small outdoor soccer field for a five-vs.-five games and an ample parking space. It also offers several outdoor and indoor rooms for events. The place is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The place is clean, fresh, and welcoming. With their forthcoming basement parking and gym, the place will be unique for family and professional visits to Douala. You will be satisfied with the hotel's services.

Have stayed here several times and quality remains. They thought of everything in the room and the bed is comfortable. The food is delicious and prepared on demand. But what really sets them apart is the customer service: everyone is polite, smiles and helpful. Special shout out to Leonel, D’Aquin, the valet and room service teams. Truly the best in the city

Please stay away from this Hotel as the staff is actually a group of thieves!!! They work together from the security guy to the receptionist and the floor staff. I left my room for the dining room and they got in my room. I had a stack of 100usd in my bag they took out a few. I didn't realize it when I returned but the next day when I went out for shopping I found out they actually robbed me. I felt as If I was being watched while eating in the dining room. It's only when my money was missing that I connected the dots... Very poor problem resolution skills, customer service skills non existent. I'll never stay here again while in Douala.

Best hotels in nearby locations it was walking distance from airport. Everything was right, as i was vegetarian so i experienced little bit sad about availability of vegetarian food else everything was very good.

There were cockroaches aplenty. The room was horribly smelly Smelly room and corridors. Noise from a wedding party downstairs. What else? Very disappointing stay last week Saturday 4 to Sunday. 5 march at Best Western Soaho. Get your act together or you risk pushing clients out.

Hotel, very well maintained, very beautiful, quality service, responsive and very pleasant staff. Pleasantly surprised by the services of this hotel which we must highlight. I will come back on my next trip.

I think I already have everything above the hotel and the staff are excellent I have nothing to add while hoping to be there when the opportunity arises I almost forgot the Virgil who do a fabulous job

I stayed at this hotel while on a work mission. If the exterior view is not lacking in charm, upon entering the hall, you are struck by a lack of sufficient light. Added to this, faulty service, untimely power cuts, poor quality of the internet connection, faulty air conditioning and I'm obviously forgetting others. Still work to earn your stars.

A stay that I describe as great and a good point also for the singer.. You have to plan gala evenings.... The only problem is the shuttle vehicle. I hope for a better car... Good luck and well done
