I stay in IHG properties about 60 nights a year, This particular property was a little subpar from what I am used too, I stay at all IHG properties in North Ga. since thats where I work and travel, so this one was a little dated, the tub as you stood in the shower creaked alot, so that may need to be replaced or looked at, the front desk was hardly manned at all, no attendants anywhere to be found, but on one occasion as I was leaving, there was a nice lady to give me an additional key, but as I came and went, no one around, I don't expect anyone to be standing at the desk 24/7, but when you hear them doors open....someone needs to come to the front ASAP, that never happened, I did not participate in breakfast or any other meal, so I guess it is ok, the room was fine though and served my needs, it was just one night and I used points, so no big deal, but thats the only things I would improve upon, if you want to see my other reviews, check Tripadvisor where I leave a lot of reviews since I travel.....my co-worker stays here and the other issue I have is they made a copy of my credit card and drives license, I asked the attendant was it shredded and she assured me it is shredded, but now those images are on the copier, so who cleans that or degausses that device????....I work in an industry where we look at this type of security, I can only go on the assurance of the attendant at time of check in, I don't like that though, Why do you need to make a copy of my credit card and drives license???? as stated, I stay about 60 nights a year, no one has ever asked me this, I find it a little odd, there needs to be a better practice in place to ensure security of information. I hope this gets rectified. I will be monitoring my information as I explained to the attendant on duty. If you have my account information on file how come you need me to fill out a form and provide copies of my drives license and credit card????...I guess there is no reason to have an online account if I have to do this when I check in....why should I have an online account?
