First room we were assigned to reeked of wet dog smell. Second room reeked of bleach. Third room was the charm. So beware this is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies to animals, probably not a good choice for you.
Staff was amazing, very pleasant, and helpful. We had to call maintenance to help with the TV 3 times. Each time, the young guy who helped was super kind and friendly.
The bed needs a blanket that actually fit a king size bed. The blanket that had under the bed spread was actually a box spring sham cover. Who the heck thought that was a good idea?!
Housekeeping was friendly each time we ran into them in the hallway.
One of the two elevators were broke so waiting for only one elevator took some extra time.
However, overall not a bad place to stay.

Called to get prices quotes but the front desk put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Called back Enrique answered he kept addressing me as a man even though I told him I’m not. He asked me how much you want to pay when I asked for a price quote of a 2 bedroom. I told him I’m a Hilton honors member but I asked for a manager when he came back & said non is available I said can they call me back & he said no. I said who am I speaking to & he changed the name to John!!!!! DO NOT GO TO this hotel! All they can say is I’m sorry this happened! Whateva! Going somewhere else!

We stayed here one night on a two week road trip. The room was large with living room l, kitchenette and large work space. It was clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable. The TV was at a strange angle between the sofa and bed making it awkward to watch it from either place. The breakfast was adequate and expected for this brand. Staff were nice and helpful. Location was great to explore the historical area and to find places to eat. It was not walking distance but an easy drive. My only complaint was that it was way overpriced for what it was. The one night mid-week rate was more than we paid anywhere else during our trip. We stayed exclusively in Hilton properties in the mid-Atlantic area including downtown Baltimore and Pittsburgh.

Some cleanliness issues. TV in the room does not work. Issues with the WiFi connection. Front desk help (Kevin) was friendly and professional at check-in.

This is a really nice place. It felt new. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel is well located with easy drive to many restaurants. I am Hilton Lifetime Diamond member so understand hotels and this is one I can recommend.

Hotel was very nice, clean and modern. Front desk was very courteous. Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very impressed. We go back again. The only real complaint I had is that the bathroom door knob was missing, but everything else was good.
