also zunächst einmal möchte ich das Personal erwähnen. Sehr bemüht aber teilweise überfordert. Komme selbst aus dem Tourismus und weiß worauf ich achten muss. Das Frühstück an und für sich war sehr gut und für jeden was dabei. Aber der Kaffee eine totale Katastrophe. Völlig ungenießbar. Abendessen: abwechslungsreich aber es fehlten die regionalen Speisen. Es war mehr ein Einheitsbrei und immer wieder gab es leere Schüsseln die nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung gefüllt wurden. Dafür waren die Getränke beim Abendessen dabei. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, aber klein. TV-Sender in deutscher Sprache nur mit einem zusätzlichen Paket. Das hab ich noch nie erlebt, aber natürlich auch eine Möglichkeit etwas Geld zu lukrieren Der Strand öffentlich und leider nur durch einen sehr schlechten Weg, ich bin etwas behindert beim gehen, erreichbar. Aber es gab hier auch verschiedene Lokale und Möglichkeiten sich für Mittag eine Kleinigkeit zu besorgen. Der Pool überdacht!!!! Also was soll das denn. Die restlichen Pools alle außer Betrieb, und das mitten in der Saison, keine Ahnung warum. Im großen und Ganzen ein schönes Hotel, dass noch Luft nach oben hat. Ob ich wiederkommen werde? Keine Ahnung, aber ich denke nein.

We were a travel group of 26 people booked for 3 days in March 2024. Checking in with a welcome drink was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and spoke German with us. Nice, clean rooms with a sea view. Great, extensive hot and cold buffet. The breakfast selection was also great. Despite several travel groups, it was easy to get to the buffet.

As someone else described the hotel as a disaster further down, I also think it is absolutely not recommended. Further down it was described that four rooms in this hotel were cleared out by thieves. The same thing happened to us. I stayed in this hotel with my father and sister for a week. All three rooms were spread across the entire complex and on different floors. But on the first day, we all received uninvited visitors. Someone suddenly appeared in our room with a room card that obviously worked on all doors. The thief obviously did not know that we had not booked half board and were not eating after 7 p.m. There was a woman from Cologne at the reception who was less fortunate and was robbed of cash and valuables. The hotel management did not even think it was necessary to explain how this worked, let alone what they would do in the future. Namely nothing. Otherwise they would have reacted last time. The police, who we had to ask several times to come, did nothing except blabla. Anyone who thinks something bad now is a scoundrel. But how did the thieves know which rooms to go to? Never again this hotel and this rip-off place Crcvenica.

Snelle en efficiënte check-in. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ruime kamer. Alles is zeer net. Het restaurant (buffet) biedt een zeer ruime keuze, zowel 's morgens als 's avonds. Correcte prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Grote parking maar de plaatsen zijn klein en zelfs buiten het hoogseizoen kan er plaatsgebrek zijn.

Wir waren sehr zufrueden.
