Since there is a car, it doesn't matter where you live. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is enough. It is as clean as a German 99 [%] hotel and the reception is not bad. Parking spaces can be found on the street. We recommend.

The hotel is located in Sachsenhausen and therefore has a perfect connection to the city center. You can be in the city within 5 minutes. Furthermore, the nearby motorway connection is also an advantage. Price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Very nice employees. I was very satisfied with the stay. Thanks to the whole team

We liked the fair price and the setup of the rooms with a small kitchen an separate main bedroom and sleeping sofa. We were three people and there were only towles & blankets prepared for two people, even though we booked for three. There was one spare blanket without cover in the bed frame but it had blood stains all over it.... Disgusting!!! Check in and check out was easy even though the staff was undertrained and slow The location is great! 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Station Gateway Gardens and 15 Minutes from the airport on foot. There is also a Rewe right around the corner. The Hotel advertised its own parking, but you had to reserve your parking spots beforehand for 22€a day. Right around the next corner was a much more modern parking garage and it costed only 20€ a day and there were plenty parking spots left. So choose wisely

Voor doorreis prima. Locatie is perfect, vlakbij de snelweg. Geen geluidshinder, muv een trein die regelmatig langskomt. Kamer is oké, grote badkamer, ontbijt matig voor de prijs, parkeren is een uitdaging. Persoonlijk vond ik het een nadeel dat veel mensen bij de ingang roken. Je moet door een walm heen

useful information, while hotel doesn't offer itself is, shuttle bus leaves from hotel at every full hour, and arrives at T1 hotel bus station approx. a quarter past full hour. The hotel is not bad knowing the price, though I found 1-2 long hairs in the bath room which obviously don't belong to me. Otherwise nothing on complain. Breakfast is good, but nothing to eat for the rest of day. The Italian restaurant recommended by the staff is very good. In order to go there, one needs to cross a street full of trucks and no traffic light. Use caution to cross the street!

My husband and I enjoyed the Nurnberger sausages and sauerkraut with a local beer. A fitness center was available and space for meetings. I was put up at this property by Lufthansa (shame on them). Th room I was given had no air conditioning and the door lock was broken allowing some drunk to walk into my room while I was trying to get a few hour sleep. The room was clean, BUT (1) the desk lamp was broken, the bathroom exhaust fan sounded like it was having it death knell and there was no bottle opener to open the bottled water provided The there is the 'so called' restaurant. The atmosphere was non existent. The waitress mad it clear that one could only go the 'buffet' once. The only good thing about the buffet was the fresh lettuce and cucumber. There was a cooked vegetable serving that was tasteless and watery. There was a meat of some sort in a white sauce that was inedible. There was also some badly dehydrated sausage. Oh the hotel has only one English television station, no computers in the lobby and no power adapters to be loaned to guests. The only good thing about this place is leaving it.

Was für ein tolles Hotel mit super Mitarbeitern! Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, dieses ist allerdings total aussergewöhnlich, und das liegt am immer sehr netten Personal. Und das ist keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. Egal ob beim Frühstück, im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption, und dort vor allem Ronja Schmitt. Ich habe selten so eine lösungsorientierte Hotelmitarbeiterin gesehen, wenn mal irgendwas nicht ganz optimal funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Zum Zentrum nach Eschborn fährt man etwa 5 Minuten, in die Frankfurter Innenstadt etwa 20 Minuten. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, dafür hat man aber Ruhe! Insgesamt 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung!

Very welcoming staff, large room with minimal amenities and sp****ly furnished. Nice, firm bed and choice of pillows. B/fast is a buffet type with plenty of good quality selections of all types of food, lovely teas in innovative tea mugs with sieve. Unfortunately, the very close motorway feeder roads are really noisy almost 24/7. This is not obvious from Google map and even when I arrived, it seemed all very quiet until I opened the window in my room. The passing cars' noise echos all around. Then to add to this, on Saturday night a nearby open air disco ran a massively noisy head banging music show. The repetitive thumping and crashing noises went on until almost 3 a.m.. Not what I call a hotel with sleep quality. The hot weather made sleeping with a closed window impossible.

I stay here for 2 weeks i met a lot great people who worked there. The employee who called Soran and Gallo did a great job at the Bar. Gallo who is the F&B supervisor was always kindly friendly and so helpfull. Nida who worked at the reception was also grateful and a very accommodating receptionist . My next stay will be here at the Holiday inn express.

We switched to this hotel because it was much better than the Schlosshotel Kronberg, where we had been staying on our trips to Frankfurt, before discovering the Kempinski. The service at the Kempinski is outstanding. We were checked in by Marc who was helpful and friendly. Fortunately for us, Ali was also at front desk when we checked in. We really like Ali, as we remembered him from our last stay. As usual, Ali was welcoming, professional and just wonderful. Ali is a big reason why we return to the Kempinski. The porter Savio was so helpful and kind. On our checkout of the hotel, Hanif the porter was also helpful. Our room was lovely with all the amenities you could wish for. The room was so comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. The rooms at the Kempinski are beautiful and so relaxing with amazing views. It is a peaceful oasis. The bar area is gorgeous and the fireplace made it so cozy and romantic. Thank you to Malte, Victoria and Marco for the excellent service at the bar restaurant. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet at the Kempinski was wonderful. The sheer variety of the different foods, both hot and cold would suit all different tastes. The food was delicious and the views from the restaurant are lovely. The Kempinski at Gravenbruch is outstanding. It is so convenient for the airport, and for us it is a home way from home. We will be back. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

CChrisW76I stayed here for a couple of days while attending a course close by in Neu Isenburg. It is located in the middle of a business zone but very quiet. The room I was in was spacious and the bar/restaurant was modern. I’d definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserWir haben hier für die Übernachtung in der Nähe vom FRA Flughafen gebucht. Das Zimmer und Bade waren ok, sauber. Man kann mit dem Preis nicht beschweren. Die Situation beim Parken und das Service bei der Rezeption waren aber schlecht. Wir wurden informiert, dass die Rezeption bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist, sehe Foto. Und wir haben geplant, dass wir ca. 19 Uhr sollten. Am Anreisetag Gegen 18 Uhr hat die Rezeption uns geschrieben, dass er um18:30 Uhr gehen mussten !!!!! Wir waren um 18:20 Uhr da. Es gab keinen Parkplatz für uns. Die Rezeption war nicht so freiwillig zu helfen. Er wollte nur schnell schnell Check-in fertig machen und abhauen. Das Hotel hat nur einen kleinen Parkhof für 6 Auto, sehr eng, sehe Fotos. Wir haben dann an zwei Straßen weiter vom Hotel einen Parkplatz selbe gefunden. Das Hotel hat unsere Wunsch für Eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug nicht bestanden!

This architecturally interesting apartment hotel is located in the middle of a business area. Due to the location, it is as good as nothing to find in the nearer surroundings. But whoever is on the road by car, can live here at a price and convenient price. My apartment was large and well equipped. A small kitchenette belonged to the room, as well as a glass balcony. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi quickly. The house includes a parking deck and a deep garage so there is no need for parking. Conclude: Great apartment at a cheap price

GGuest UserThis hotel provides an acceptable standard of accommodation and the service was generally satisfactory. There were some negative elements to our stay, however. On checking-in we were given information about the time of breakfast, which turned out to be incorrect. We arrived at 9am only to find that all hot food had been cleared away and all that was left was a small selection of cereals, cooked meat and cheeses. The following day, having established the correct time breakfast was served, we found a good selection of hot food in addition to the cold meats, cheeses etc. The other negative, which is of more concern, is that an unopened bottle of perfume (still in its plastic wrapping) in a duty free bag ‘disappeared’ from our room. Whether it was mistakenly cleared away when the room was cleaned or (hopefully not) it was ‘appropriated’ by someone I cannot say. We contacted the hotel who informed us that ‘nothing had been found’. I have travelled extensively over many years and this is the first time I have ever had anything disappear from a hotel room. I am not in the habit of leaving negative comments but I feel it is important to draw attention to my experience at this hotel.
