Sauber super bequem nette reception

Really good hotel.It's good vaule for money.Big spacious apartment and very clean&quiet.Recommend for everyone!

The hotel is nice. We were satisfied. Reception is friendly and breakfast is adequate. Parking is extra charge.

very bad location

I stayed here for a couple of days while attending a course close by in Neu Isenburg. It is located in the middle of a business zone but very quiet. The room I was in was spacious and the bar/restaurant was modern. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and well designed. The staff was really kind and friendly

The hotel has parking for 13 euros a day. There is a big supermarket next to it. There is a pork elbow shop outside the supermarket that is delicious. Recommended! It is also very convenient to take a bus from the city center, and transfer to the subway.

The room was pretty good, except the heater was too noisy, everything else was good. They also helped heat up breakfast in the morning, very good service

Due to the wrong room type, Ctrip tried its best to help solve the problem but failed, but the front desk solved it perfectly! Breakfast is relatively expensive, and there are several large supermarkets around. It is the first stop for self-driving, and the transition is perfect.

The lady at the reception speaks Italian, and is very kind, she was also there last year, we got along very well with her...

The carpets in the hallways should be vacuumed properly, including corners and edges, and the carpet would look good again. According to the staff, tea for breakfast should be poured into mocha/coffee cups that are far too small; there are no tea glasses (!). The price-performance ratio for breakfast is not right. The breakfast buffet is dimly lit, it is not clear what goes with the salad or yoghurt/fruit. The rooms/bathrooms look better in the photos than in reality, probably because of the poor cold white lighting. The safe was unusable, and the promised repairs were never carried out during our stay. The room staff are very friendly, but unfortunately they don't understand a word of German. The procedure to get to the kettle in the room is lengthy and complicated. Good thing is that there are free bicycles.

The light is great. Although having a living room is relatively small, it still provides an extra space for activities. .
