Sehr empfehlenswert für ein langes Wochenende in Dresden. Man parkt bequem in der Tiefgarage (12 € f. 24 Std.) und ist zu Fuss in 12 Minuten beim Zwinger und in 2 Minuten bei der nächsten S-Bahn-Station. Standard-Zimmer zur Strassenseite für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Fenster sind schalldicht, man hört Autos und Strassenbahn nicht. Zimmer und Bad sehr hübsch eingerichtet und top sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Bei schönem Wetter kann man im Innenhof sein Frühstück geniessen oder abends noch einen Drink von der Hotelbar. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Service. Nur die Betten waren sehr hart.

In dem Hotel ist alles perfekt vom sehr sauberen Zimmer bis zum hervorragenden Frühstücksbuffet, das keinen Wunsch unerfüllt lässt. Sehr nettes Personal! Die Lage ist super und recht ruhig gelegen. Dieses Hotel können wir jedem wärmstens empfehlen!!

Ein großes Lob, den Angestellten vom Frühstücksbuffet, einen rund um Service, einfach toll weiter so. Kritik Anmerkung geht an das Personal vom Empfang, dort muss unbedingt nach gesteuert werden, was die Freundlichkeit betrifft. Wenn man nicht mit Stress umgehen kann, sollte man noch eine Schulung besuchen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert!

We really enjoyed this hotel, good location, tram station just outside the World Trade Centre (trams to Old town as well as the train station). The World trade centre attached to the hotel gives you access to little bakeries, a small grocery store, a pharmacy. My only “pet peeve” with this hotel was the slippery sloped bath tub. A bit difficult to get in and out and gives you very little room to shower. Also, the wall support to help in and out was wobbly which made it a bit dangerous. Probably not a problem if you’re in your 30’s but for myself in my 60’s with an arthritic knee, it was a bit awkward. But overall, a great stay
