The reception was rarely manned and not particularly friendly. Very small and easy to miss in the right corner of the entrance area. Apart from the staff in the restaurant, I didn't see any service. The restaurant staff seem hopelessly understaffed when it's at full capacity. I didn't find the few staff there to be friendly or accommodating. It sounded more like they had to do it and weren't really into it with their heart. The rooms are very small and cramped. The entire hotel situation is not really wheelchair accessible. The room had functioning air-con, which was great. There is no spa area. Overall, I don't think the hotel's price-performance ratio is appropriate. I expected a lot more. In my opinion, the hotel is overrated and is more of a good 3-star hotel. The parking situation is a disaster. The breakfast is good, but doesn't deserve any praise. The selection was only moderately balanced and not a highlight in terms of taste. I had to get my own coffee and it tasted stale. When I saw the hotel from the outside, I was inclined to go to another hotel. The building is really ugly and not immediately identifiable as a hotel.
