曾多次入住該酒店。位置極佳，方便去市區。酒店設施部分需要更新。服務到位。酒店內飯店菜品好，服務也不錯。給攜帶寵物住客的房間有些不盡人意，有提高的餘地。

歐洲的假日酒店，基本不踩雷，但是這個酒店很奇葩，不明白為什麼第二天續住一定要更換房間，跟前台溝通很久完全不能溝通，最後還是攜程幫忙解決，本次旅行一個月，全程使用攜程，非常靠譜。

Die Rezeption war selten besetzt und nicht wirklich freundlich gestaltet. Sehr klein und schnell zu übersehen in der rechten Ecke des Eingangsbereiches. Bis auf das Personal im Restaurant habe ich keinen Service gesehen. Das Restaurantpersonal scheint bei Vollauslastung hoffnungslos unterbesetzt zu sein. Das wenige Personal habe ich nicht als freundlich und zuvorkommend empfunden. Das klang eher so als müssten sie es machen und sind nicht wirklich mit dem Herzen dabei. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und eng. Die gesamte Hotelsituation ist eher nicht Barrierefrei. Das Zimmer hatte einen funktionierenden Air-Con, das war klasse. Einen Spa-Bereich gibt es nicht. Insgesamt finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels nicht angemessen. Ich hatte deutlich mehr erwartet. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Hotel überbewertet und ist eher ein gutes 3-Sterne Hotel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe. Das Frühstück ist gut, verdient aber kein Hurra. Das Angebot war nur mäßig ausgewogen und geschmacklich kein Highlight. Kaffee musste ich mir selbst holen und dieser hat dann auch noch abgestanden geschmeckt. Als ich das Hotel von außen sah, war ich geneigt in ein anderes Haus auszuweichen. Das Gebäude ist wirklich hässlich und nicht gleich als Hotel zu identifizieren.

Good access to the station and the city. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was luxurious and delicious. The coffee was good, but I personally recommend the tea. There is a gym, but unfortunately it was under renovation and I was not able to use it. The staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay.
