Do yourself a favor. DON'T! I checked in, alone, after a 12 hour drive. There were problems getting someone to answer the phone, for 3 hours. 2 room keys didn't work. Had to leave my personal luggage in the hallway unattended to take the stairs down to the front desk to get help with keys because no one would answer the front desk phone! Room was disgusting. Stains on the bedspread. Sheets were dirty, stained, and literally had dirt inside both beds. Dirty headboards and under. Chair had loose old food on it. Coffee maker had a dirty old pod in it. Surfaces unwiped & dusty, with drink rings. Ants in the bathroom and a medium sized spider. The towel rack was dirty and rusty. There was a dryer sheet placed in the A/C vent to cover the smell. The floor shook when the A/C was running! The left side window frame was broken and snapped off. I have photos of all this. My ”Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed on my door (for a reason) but housekeeping disregarded it & banged on my door 2 hours prior to checkout, 3 times, while I was sleeping & showering! Very rude. The coffee in the free breakfast room was awful. Threw it away. I didn't want to eat there after all this, so no comment on the food. I didn't dare go there! I always leave a nice tip for the housekeepers but not this time!! Positives: Anthony and Whitney at the front desk were wonderful. Fridge worked very well. Hotel was fairly quiet. I've stayed at the Hampton next door before. No problems there. Mr Bob Patel-if you want good business, fix these problems because the competition has mine now.
