Copthorne Hotels in Dubai

I would like to share my opinion about this hotel ,the hotel is very clean and well maintained, staff is very helpful , especially Mr khairul , the Room is very clean, washroom aslo very clean and I got all emenites every day, loby pool and gym also very clean and comfortable thank you so Mr khairul for your help.

Pro Nice clean hotel, nice pools and nice beach, great rooms especially the cleanliness down to sojibur 5 stars for him 5 stars also for Mohamed Ali the games guy who was fantastic Cons….now where do I start Hotel based in an area similar to tilbury docks, nothing there apart from lorries loading and unloading crates so nowhere to walk, fortunately entering the hotel that was nice Breakfast buffet always cold don’t think the hot plates were any good Half hour to get a coffee again cold Dinner buffet on par with a 2 star spanish hotel example cold fish fingers and boiled rice, cold biriyani etc etc not much to choose from in the salad dept, beach hotel buffet had more choice but was still cold or Luke warm Price of water 250ml about £6 (water should be free) Three nights in a row some random rang on our doorbell to insist on a review for him although we hadn’t a clue who he was (he was hanging about the hallway) All pools lots of small kids although one adult pool Lots of smokers on the beach, should have a separate area for them as sick of breathing in cigarette smoke Breakfast I almost had to beg for a hot cappuccino as every one I eventually got was like warm like the food I have been Dubai lots of times and unfortunately although the hotel is nice the buffet is terrible
