The golden tulip does the job. The best thing about this hotel is that it is located near Mashreq station for easy access to the main spots in Dubai. The breakfast is average and the rooms are comfortable.

I love staying at this hotel! It’s so convenient for anyone why wants to do gold shopping or shopping for dresses and other things. The fact that this hotel is basically attached to a mall is also another plus for food and just general shopping. I’ve stayed here a few times and the rooms are very spacious. Can’t wait to go again.

All in all great experience with a few issues mentioned at the end. Helpful staff, especially valet parking, luggage service, early check-in for us free of charge, early breakfast packaging for check-out and so on. Location is also very central (of course convenient only by car or taxi/Uber). Arslan from breakfast is excellent and friendly. He does his job perfectly. Also Raj from the garage (delivery point) is very nice, helpful and cheers you up each time you meet him. Abdullah from housekeeping (room cleaning) is the best I have seen in hotel service in his position. Fast, efficient, friendly and down to earth. A few issues: Elevators take a LONG time to arrive. Although most breakfast service people are great, a few times they forgot your orders, bring wrong ones, etc. TV is very dim, sound is very low and the broadcasting from an iPhone only works half of the time with lots of disconnections. Bathrobes had to be requested explicitly a couple of times (since forgotten), the reception only had 1-2 people and almost always busy with another guest which means waiting time. All in all a great experience and for Christmas and new year's time, we found a relatively good price for a 5-star hotel at this time. Recommended!

I find this hotel neat and clean. All repairs are done on time and facilities are shining. But what I value the most is Customer Support. All the hotel staff has exceptional high standards to treat visitors (in the restaurant, reception, any other person in the hotel). Great hotel experience. Food at La Farine was super good, especially the breakfast and their French Onion Soup. Definitely a must try. The hotel room was spacious and clean. In view of so many hotel guests, I was surprised that the hotel managed to maintain a very high standard in all aspects. For sure will return again as we all had a great time there!
