I had a one-night stay at Dubai International Hotel, and it was a very pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient for those with transit flights, as it's situated right within the airport. This made it hassle-free to check in and out, especially with a tight schedule. The proximity to food outlets and amenities was a great plus, ensuring I had everything I needed within a short distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and seamless experience—perfect for a transit stay. I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for convenience and excellent service.

prices are getting higher but meet and greet service this time was well below standard. hotel was advised. otherwise all good but the men's shaver sets are NOT up to standard so recommend that you take your own.

Had long flight and also 14hr transit. So this hotel was perfect. Didn’t have to go out and ate inside the duty free area. Food court was amazing especially Asian cuisine pao.

nice transit hotel close to the airport, overall very good nothing odd to mention

This hotel has the most amazingly comfortable beds. It is like sleeping in a cloud! The service is very attentive and the rooms are well appointed. Highly recommend to break up the trip from Australia to Europe.

Perfect if you've got a long layover but don't want to deal with the hassles of immigration to access hotels outside the airport. I arrived at around 11pm and had my next flight at around 8am, so an overnight stay here couldn't have been better.

Meet and greet service was good, waiting for me directly at the point I came out of the plane. Everything was great except two things about the hotel room. Accidentally knocked my big toe against the chair leg when walking across the table to find the sockets which were placed right at the end of the table. Shifted the chair aside after that. Shower head was not the round type and where you can shift up and down like other hotels and the water temperature seems to fluctuate.

I am never satisfied with customer service, nor am I satisfied with refunds, as I am unable to stay at the hotel due to its location within the airport. If a passenger arrives, completes the luggage retrieval process, and leaves the airport, the hotel cannot enter the airport. The application and hotel management have not cooperated to recover booking fees, nor have they replaced them with booking fees or other meaningful quotes to compensate for the losses caused by travel and hotel bookings. Completely disrespectful to customers and their rights.
