Damac Hills 2 Hotel, an Edge by Rotana Hotel Reviews

My review is based on a sincere feedback to help others learn about this hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay with my family. However, I was somewhat disappointed because the services were slow in terms of receiving what I asked for after a quite long time. I hope they would be faster in responding to customer’s requests in future.

Absolutely amazing. Ms. Farida is the best and so kind. She and the whole team accommodates to your every need!

Nice place feels like home. Service was excellent team was welcoming. The only disadvantage is the distance to city Centre

Great quite place in a middle of the desert, and there is camel camp not so far…) great escape form the city crowd

Dr. Barber arrived to a very busy street lined with cars in both sides. She had a bit of a time getting there because the turn she needed to take wasn’t created. Once she got there, was greeted, but her doctorate got in the way of her check-in. Anna, the manager helped her, but with medicine in her car, she couldn’t sit and wait for Trip.come to change her name. She left, then was called back to the hotel for check-in. She was upgraded for her troubles. Breakfast was included and it was delicious.

Very bad service after they changed their staff. Not recommended

It's quite good for it's status of a three star hotel. I enjoyed and I will be there in about two weeks again.

Very far but good quality hotel

The hotel is clean and sanitary. It is located in the community of damac hills 2. You can drink in the restaurant/bar on the first floor. Overall, the stay is pretty good.

It's too far from downtown Dubai. . Not recommended, but the surrounding scenery is quite nice. . If you want to experience a desert detached house in Dubai, you can try it. It’s not suitable for business people. It’s too far.

It should be considered a relatively cheap hotel in Dubai, but the service staff is a bit small and the check-in speed is a bit slow. Toothpaste and disposable slippers are charged separately.
