New Hotel at a good location in Business Bay area...Good size of rooms...Great Breakfast and Quiet Hotel...Definitely worth it!!

A very bad hotel. I don't recommend you to book it at all. First, when we arrived in the afternoon, they said there were no rooms. We asked them to send our luggage over. We went to see the fountain. We arrived at the room at 10 pm. We found our luggage there. The door was not closed. It was really speechless. Second, after taking a shower in the hotel bathroom, the floor was like a flood. You can't imagine why there is such a stupid shower design. It was not enough to put all the towels in the bathroom on the floor. It was full of water when you walked in. The experience was super bad. Third, we brought a big child with us. We could only book a corner room for three people. It cost two thousand a night. But the child didn't get an extra bed. Then why did you ask us to book such a room type? One big bed for three people. And then charge three people? Fourth, there were very few taxis at the door. We waited for half an hour before a car came. They also tried to take us to the hotel's own car. A taxi to Dubai Mall costs about ten dirhams. The hotel car costs 40 dirhams. We didn't take it. A terrible hotel.

The hotel room is very clean, the facilities are good, and the breakfast is also nice. The only drawback is that there seems to be a little bit of food around, maybe we didn't find it ourselves
