The room was big and nice. However the staff treatment will make you regret staying at the hotel, especially breakfast manager , very ****** . Black people don’t have peace of mind at the hotel. They are good shops close by the hotel. We had an incident our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, we called reception and all they said is sorry someone will come tomorrow. We would have put up the sign and gone out all day and still come back to messy room. They have same breakfast everyday and very little to select from. Most of the amenities were out of order. Imagine flying to Dubai and not being able to use the swimming pool. Too much deceiving

Newly opened hotel and located between Union and Al Riggs Metro station. The hotel is very clean and rooms are big. The price is very reasonable including breakfast.

It was hot and when I asked to fix AC.it became worst and I didn't like the breakfast no variety

A very good hotel. Spacious, bright rooms, high ceilings. High quality furniture and bed linen. Comfortable mattress. Polite friendly friendly staff. Daily cleaning. I recommend.

The room is quite big and clean. There are many barbecue restaurants around. Service: Maybe the hotel has a high occupancy rate, but check-in at the front desk is slow. I stayed for two nights and felt pretty good. There is no freshly ground coffee for breakfast, only brewed ones, and other foods are also available. There are 8 metro stops to Dubai Mall.

The room is very large and has bright windows. If you book for more than 600 yuan, breakfast is not included, and the front desk will have to pay an additional check-in fee of 15 yuan.
