Brand new hotel but still need to be improved a lot of things

The room is large and clean. The facilities are complete. The view outside the window is beautiful. The service staff is very professional. They help carry the luggage to the room. The location may be difficult to find. The driver needs to deliver it to the parking lot below. Satisfied

Very good, affordable, convenient for business trips, clean and sanitary, very close to Maktoum Airport, very convenient to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, very good for business trips, will continue to choose next time. There is a washing machine.

The biggest highlight of this Hilton Hotel is the in-room washing machine and back kitchen, but you have to use the laundry detergent and dishwasher cleaning tablets yourself. There are shuttle buses to shopping malls and other places. It is also close to the airport and is clean and tidy.

New hotel, new location. 10 minutes from the deira city center metro station, there is also a shopping center. Rooms with a view of the city (for now on the construction site, then there will be window to window), rooms with a view of the canal (direct view - the construction site is not visible, side views - the construction site and the canal). Construction, as always, is carried out non-stop 24/7. Since it’s a new area, waiting for a taxi is difficult, but possible. We rented a one-room apartment for 3 people. The room has a large double bed, in the living room there is a sofa - it does not fold out, you can sleep on it, but this is only for one night, otherwise you need to take an extra bed for extra money (large 1-room apartments are, in principle, designed for a maximum of 2 people) . In the rooms: coffee machine (capsules are provided), kettle (instant coffee will be available tomorrow), hob, toaster, oven (no microwave), large refrigerator. Water is brought in bottles. Since the hotel is new, there are technical issues (flushing in the bathroom, smell in the toilet, operation of the touch panel), most likely they will be corrected soon. The pool is small, but the area around it is quite large with a beautiful view of the canal. The gym is comfortable, in the toilet rooms: 2 saunas, towels, shower, hair dryers, cosmetics. There was no breakfast, if not included in the price, breakfast - 125 dirhams per person. We took it for lunch: pasta with tomato sauce - 55 dirhams, burger - 80 dirhams. Edible, usually. Now, there is nothing near the hotel (cafes, bars, restaurants) - it’s all in Deira City Center. To Dubai Mall by taxi 50-60 dirhams or to the metro and a direct line. Close to terminals 1-2-3, to Al Maktoum 40-50 minutes by taxi from 160 dirhams. Maintenance service - they blow away the specks of dust from you, your wishes are fulfilled, but at the reception you have to wait (it takes time). Overall - good.

Apart from the good environment, the rest is just so-so.

The hotel is really nice with golf cart who can bring guest. And big thanks to shayne madina and Himanshi to taking care on us during our stay they were very accomodating to us during our stay they made our stay memorable this hotel is a very reccomendable

We visit the property with friends with very welcoming staff, thank you shayne, and himanshi from serein restaurant for the good service and always attending all we need from the breakfast. And we are happy the food and the varity in the buffet. Will be back again for sure.

I loved the room design , bathroom, kitchen and everything in the room was the room was clean and tidy The pool was small and we didn't used it People where friendly and nice , I rem we mber Mohammad in breakfast and Riki in reception The problem was taxi wasn't in the entrance and we have had to go to mirriot entrance to take a taxi

The team hospitality and food was amazing. They went out of their way to make our experience really amazing and superb. The location is also very nice where they have a open area to enjoy the water view. it’s very spacious as well. Once again must visit place
