Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly ๐ฆ of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui
Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant.
The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable.
It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East

The stay was comfortable and warm , loved the welcome drink and appreciated the section for comfort or delivery boys, an extra effort of humanity in hospitality. Thanks to Addy for helping me plan the itinerary and akshay for giving me a good view room.
Must recommend for families and people who want to visit bhurj khalifa.

If you intend to stay at Palm Jumeirah the entire duration, the location would make sense.
If you're going in and out of Palm Jumeirah, then be prepared for some traffic during peak hours or even to the point of not being able to book a taxi when you need to get out!
Amenities were not replenished daily - toothbrush, razors, for example. We had to ask each day. Kinda odd for a hotel.
Service crew were polite and helpful - especially at breakfast! Cafe crew was also excellent.
My 11-year old went to Ripples Bar to get a scoop of vanilla ice cream one eveing and the wait staff at the Ripples Bar, told her, its a treat for little children on Christmas Day, which made her day! Kudos for that!
We were hoping for a high floor - with a view but we were on the 3rd floor with a partially blocked view (we saw most of a balcony top) despite paying for a sea view.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
