Best staff , very polite and helpful

Location is extremely good, just way on the center of Marina beach with lots of shops and restaurants surrounded by. The only disadvantage will be the facilities are a bit old.

This hotel is really fancy . I stayed for about 2 weeks . Maybe they were use to me living in that particular room so they weren’t as thorough with the daily restocking of towels and soaps . Also , it takes a long time to get your luggage to the room and back down . Asides from those 2 things, However , the location is very nice , in walking distance , and I would still recommend this hotel to a friend

Able to check in early and room was at 31st floor. Very near to eateries and near to the beach. Overall, nice hotel stay.

Location is superb, easy access to many restaurants and the beach. Suggest to book the ocean facing regular room not the suite as the suite only has partial sea view.

Overall good. Really comfy bed. The traffic in and out of the hotel is really bad, 30 minutes just to get in and out of the block sometimes, but not their fault. They locked our mini bar as we did not put a deposit down for it, which was a bit odd amd never had a hotel do that before. Lifts had quite long waits as well.

Always a pleasant stay. recommend to all travellers.. family or business.

Celebrated my birthday here and our stay was totally relaxing and the room was perfect with the beach view. Will definitely come back.

The balcony sea view for normal room is kinda not so good but the service is definitely 10 out of 10. If you need something just tell them. The Herman’s toiletries not for standard room But I definitely will book this hotel again:)

Amazing hotel location with 5star amnesties and service! Had a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here the next time too! Rooms just as shown in the pictures.

Excellent location pool resturants. Bad bed, very noisy.very small toilets

The bathroom door was blocked by shower. It cannot open completely, my husband cannot go inside, it is unacceptable in a five star hotel. 😡😡😡
