As usual best service, best hotel in Dubai😊

It’s a 7 star , best hotel , has everything, beach is beautiful, pools are huge , staff friendly , stayed in for 4 nights never left the property

A very nice resort and my family spent a really wonderful time there, we toured the inside lagoon, it’s beautiful; sunset of Jumeirah beach is amazing, love it so much!

One of the best hotels in Dubai, location at the foot of the burj al arab which gives a magnificent setting… the service of this hotel deserves 5 stars. A quality of service that you have to experience to believe.

Very good, top service. Among the 4 hotels in the castle, the palace feels the most like a vacation. It is intertwined with the villa area and is surrounded by rivers. You can take a boat for a walk. The swimming pool is also super large. There is a connecting road to walk to the market. It was very convenient to have a Chinese lady to help when checking in. There are very few Chinese people in the whole hotel. The Greek restaurant in the market is particularly good, and the valet parking is very comfortable.

👍👍👍Jumeirah Al Qasr Dubai Hotel is absolutely beautiful, like living in One Thousand and One Nights, the sea view room has an amazing sea view, there is also a sofa bed, equipped with a water park, beach, swimming pool, water bus, traditional market, it feels like you can stay in the hotel for two or three days... The main breakfast restaurant is highly recommended (the other French breakfast restaurant French reviera by the pool is not good, don't go there), the service is first-class

The hotel environment is really great, with castle-like architecture, the entire coastline, unlimited entry to Crazy Vidi, and I also met a Chinese lady named Jiao, who provided warm service and patient explanations. If you are not good at speaking, you can find Jiao at the front desk. She said she looks forward to serving more Chinese people and hopes that the lady can work smoothly abroad.

The room is full of Arabian style, the environment and location are excellent, all the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and it is a super five-star experience. Guests can take the Arabian boat for free, and the hotel is full of scenery. The service is very humane, especially the night bed service, there are small gifts that change every day, and there are gift bags for children who stay with them, which fulfills the children's princess dream. The only shortcoming is that although I sent an email 3 days in advance and hoped to check in at 12 o'clock, on the actual day of check-in, the flight changed and I arrived at the hotel to check in at about 2:30. After 3 o'clock, it took another 40 minutes to get a room, especially with children, it was really tiring.

I stayed at the Summer Palace a few years ago and liked it very much. This time I took my family to the Royal Palace. The experience was very bad. It took a full 50 minutes to check in, and the system and efficiency were extremely low. The bathroom drain was blocked and the water filled the whole room. The service was also very average, and I didn't feel any enthusiasm. There were also few choices for breakfast. But the overall environment is good, the Persian Gulf, the beach, the artificial canal, and the boat ride is beautiful and comfortable.
