Location is good for both business and short city tour. If hotel can provide more transportation information for going shopping malls and restaurants for new visitors will be helpful.

Very comfortable hotel. Just like in the picture. Service and cleanliness are excellent. The receptionist are very friendly. Helped me with an emergency call when my phone number didn't work. Luggage storage service was great. It's very close to the metro station so it's easy to go anywhere. Reasonably priced. Hot water and AC worked well.

The staffs are all very friendly and carry a smile all the time. There are several eateries and restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel. The metro is also 3-5 mins walk from hotel and goes straight to airport. The lobby and room is nicely decorated.
One feedback is - the shower area should have a door to stop the water from flowing out. Otherwise after each shower, the water will wet the bathroom.

Hotel is good location and clean. But valet parking is very slow, had to wait like half an hour for my car.

booked 2 twins non smoking and they have no availability upon check-in. only on smoking rooms or else take the king bed in non smoking. staff i complained to just said “we can move you to another room tomorrow” but our booking was only for 1 night. seems like a template answer and no one from the hotel really cared to give any resolution. really disappointing.

Its nice business Hotel near the WTC, actually you can just go to WTC, its beside the Hotel, easy to find food.
