It was a very good and amazing stay very close to the one of the tourist spots in Dubai the creek..also very much adjacent to restaurants so you won't have a hard time

Simple and clean, very comfortable king size bed, opposite of Chinese embassy, 15min walking to the metro station and big mall

Best place to stay than being in the city. Location is a bit far from train station but walkable distance. Location is near the Dubai creek, many food choices and it is also walking distance to old dubai and market. Breakfast selection and service is great! Recommended if you want peaceful and chill hotel environment. Plus interior space and lobby design is so cool!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times before and love it, not only because of its proximity to the airport, but also because of the Al Seef promenade. You have excellent restaurants close by and the stroll along the promenade at night is just amazing. Away from the fuzz and buzz!! I was a bit disapponted with the breakfast this time as in the 3 days they did not offer Humus, which is a must in Dubai. I hope the include it again!!!!

Food was average but the female staff in the reception was really accommodating.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The location was confusing—I initially went to another Hawthorne hotel nearby. The staff weren't friendly; they only mentioned the kids' swimming pool, which was very small. When I asked about accessing Canope Hotel, they said it depended on availability and seemed to reserve this privilege for select guests, which felt unfair. There was no bellman, which I understand, but the night shift telephone operator was extremely rude. She interrupted me twice, insisting it was self-service and didn't let me finish speaking. In the early morning, when I requested room cleaning, another operator seemed surprised and responded slowly, almost mocking me. The breakfast was the only highlight—it was amazing. I hope the hotel improves its service. I won't be staying here again.

Nice and Cozy Hotel. Good Breakfast. Polite Staff and Near Enough To The Airport

Enjoyed my stay here. Highlight was the waffle maker station that they have installed in their restaurant , where one can make waffles and choose from a number of dressings. So hot waffles with nutella really gave a nice start to the day.
