We booked the room with sea view and Dubai Ain view. But they gave us the wrong room without any of these view at the beginning. Then we moved to the correct one which is very nice. And they also gave us free breakfast for apologies. The staffs are really nice and helpful to solve the problem. It is a very nice experience to stay there. Highly recommended!

The hotel has private beach. Have a dinner on the beach is amazing watching sunset. And service from our Chinese boy is very very nice. Sorry I forgot his name, but I remember his smile

Nice hotel. Service was generally great, lots of staff, service on the beach was mainly very good and attentive. Area is great, close walk to the main ***** and the marina; lots going on.

Have not stayed here for years but was lovely to come back and stay here! Rooms are lovely, location is the best on jbr and excellent service. Had a blowdry at the hairdressers here which was good too! Private beach and there is a spa too. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Great location and service

I'm happy with everything

The hotel is still using the old fashion way by keeping an expensive deposit. Also it is crowded with people and when swimming on the beach that belongs to the hotel has also strict rules where the lifeguard blows a horn when I swam too far even though I’m okay. Lastly when I bring my friend into my room, the security told me to ask the reception if I bring someone and guests are not allowed but he allowed me to register my friend’s name as my room can accommodate two people. They don’t respect privacy and easily suspicious with people who bring someone else into the hotel even though it is a 5 star hotel!

it was a nice hotel with good service and a delicious breakfast buffet. i stayed in two other hotels during my trip to dubai and this ranks 3rd in comparison - but very decent on its own :)
