The hotel is in the downtown,near the airport,very convenient and near the gold souk and Dubai creek ,free parking area and good service let me satisfied. It is beautiful inside.

Nice LUXURY room
Airco worked perfectly. Clean room with hot water in short time.
Good breakfast buffet with so friendly staff. High quality furniture as well. Especially the lobby is designed luxurious yet at the same time very tasteful.
The lifeguard/host in the swimming pool area was super friendly and kind.
We asked for silence no music at the pool.
He instantly and in a very professional way responded and helped us with towels and other services in the most friendly way.
I highly recommend a stay in this Hotel.

Bad stay, bad staff, bad room, if you ask anything the staff get upset.
They gave me a room in which the refrigerator was not working and the sofa had several burns

Hey there All
Visited this fantastic place for a staycation located at Deira name as Carlton palace Hotel
We were duo
The Hotel rooms are very spacious
The Bathroom is not top
The Roof Top pool is amazing
The Gym was big and has all the top equipments
Absolutely loved it
The breakfast buffet was better than many other 5 star hotel buffet highly recommended
If you are in Dubai make sure to stay in this amazing 5 star hotel

The best thing about this beautiful hotel is the friendly staff, the second best thing is the Marble and pretty polished stones everywhere ❤

The bathrooms and room could need a better cleaning service.Unfortunately,I got a terrible infection from the bathroom but aside from that the hotel itself was clean,the staff there were helpful and very friendly.

I stayed in this hotel from 16th Oct 2023 to 19th Oct 2023. Its a good hotel centrally located. I will come again. Some amenities like sauna and steam are closed now.
