The building is old , the staff was good , the only thing is we got the room around 3pm

The service is absolutely perfect. We have children’s room service cleaned twice a day. It’s really clean and organized! Every service staff is full of smiles. If you have any questions, they will solve them as soon as possible as soon as you make a request. Therefore, the problems will be solved for you as soon as possible. After staying for three days, the only mistake may be that a large sum of money was charged incorrectly when leaving the store. The consumption of other rooms was debited to me. I was speechless for such a small probability event, but in the end, after further communication through phone calls, emails and Ctrip, the wrongly deducted money was recovered within two weeks. The hotel did indeed I was satisfied with my stay, and I would consider it for family travel!

But for a restaurant in a 5-star hotel, “Wow, it’s so delicious!!” It wasn't the same feeling (very personal). The breakfast buffet felt like a selection and focus rather than a variety, and the dinner restaurant near the pool was hmm… Personally, the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor and the Asian restaurant on the 3rd floor were the best. Dinner buffet is really!! desperately!! I wanted to try it, but Wednesday was not included in my stay..ㅠ I couldn't use it. If you are planning to stay here, definitely!!! Wed/Thursday/Friday, please come at least one day. especially Friday!!! On Fridays, the Asian restaurant on the 3rd floor runs a special bar (with Vietnamese Saigon food as the theme), so be sure to… I hope you stay on Friday... And the pool was really nice. The sea in front of it was also nice. However, it's one of my worst regrets that I couldn't go often during my stay. Amenities: Diptyque (lotion/shampoo/body wash/soap), everything else is Asprey. However, since Diptyque is a genuine product, you have to pay to take it home after your stay ($40 per bottle).

Stunning hotel on Jumeirah Beach. Spacious and beautiful room; excellent breakfast; superb swimming pool with direct access to the beach (clean and equipped).

Excellent hotel in the Dubai Marina area. Friendly service, great housekeeping. Our maid Kedek has done a great job. A nice beach with plenty of sunbeds. Great ambience. Interior of the rooms might require refurbishing soon. And poorly designed storage space in the room. All in all, an excellent holiday spot away from the. Dubai crowds
