Checked in by attentive receptionist Kevi, the hotel is old but not in a bad way. Mainly because it was cladded purposefully with natural stones: Marble, Granite, and Quartzite. You will see Hard Granite skillfully curved on top of a Battub.

The staff of the Crowne Hotel are very friendly polite and courteous.
The manager at Spice Island restaurant, Ivie, is vey nice.
My comment - the rooms need renovation, specially the toilet/shower room. Bed skirt needs to be washed. Carpet need to be shampooed.
There are lots os small ants.

Very bad service from checking in to the check out.
Reception staff are very poor.
Whole lobby without the a/c
Room a/c didn’t this is not a 5 star hotel .
I will give 2.5 star
Thanks god I only had to stay 1 day.

Hotel took too long to check us in. I have waited for 2hrs before they found my booking. Disappointing.

This hotel is Okay and not bad but the services by the frontdesk and breakfast team are totally like 2 stars hotel. The bellboy and the team are ok. Only the frontdesk team are totally not up to 5 stars hotel standard. I stayed for 4 nights with breakfast but only went for it once as it was nightmare for me. There were So many people till theres no plates & glasses for you to take food & drinks. They dont do crowd control till it became hectic and they got pressured till services provided are in angry mode.

Hotel In good location and near the airport ., but little dated and could do with a makeover , however the staff were helpful especially the Egyptian girl at the entrance . I had 2 days stay over 2 periods and both time the shower was not functioning properly, mentioned it at reception but never got fixed . Beds were comfortable with big pillows and reasonably priced hotel .

Chose this hotel because our conference was there. The hotel is close to the airport which is good but getting to the airport is a bit of a hassle due to traffic (it has to use the backroads) the hotel is dated and maintained as much as possible but not enough. Staff was friendly and tried to help. Issue is the bar…. Every night it pumps music until 11pm+. They “upgraded” me but only to put me above the bar and the music was loud enough the room was had vibration. I don’t recommend this hotel unless you have commitments in the area because taking taxi or public transportation pretty much cost the same as staying somewhere closer to the city.
