I have stayed at this hotel couple of times. Facilities are good but the service is a let down.
I have asked for a quiet room and I was told by reception there could be some noise due to renovation, I was ok if there’s some noise in daytime due to renovation, but I wasn’t informed that there is a painting job going on and the strong smell of paint filled the room. When I informed the staff, I was told painting is not in the hotel but upon my insistence they checked again to confirm that painting is going on. I have informed the staff that smell of paint is strong and it’s a HEALTH AND SAFETY issue for the hotel guests. But I was told they can’t stop the painting.

The workers are always very attentive
And giving a solution to everything, the hotel lacks maintenance, good facilities but in our room one of the air conditioners sounded quite loud and they were under construction on some floor and we couldn't rest well otherwise it was fine

They meet our expectation, hotel is clean and tidy, amenities are accessible , receptions are accommodating and friendly. Staff are nice and fast. All in all we are very happy to have stayed and will definitely be back to the same hotel apartment soon.
