I WILL NOT CALL THIS PLACE FIVE STARS…..This stay was nothing short of a nightmare , the hotel is under some huge renovations so getting around isn’t so straightforward. Front office staff very unhelpful and unprofessional, the room was just horrible never would I class this hotel 5 star, I don’t know where to start.. CHAOS… the bed mattress was has hard as lying on bare spring and sunk down when you got in, the pillows like stone , the robe was torn and ripped no slippers I had to ask for towels , very run down , many electrics seemed concerning for a hotel classing itself amongst the finest. It’s truly smelled mouldy and disgusting like it needed good ventilation, I totally couldn’t wait to leave , worst experience ever, I wouldn’t recommend for a woman travelling alone on business, and wanting to stay their ..No.. the steam room itself was dated and disgusting smelled terrible the shower well not the best , old, and the water pressure not good at all, I rinsed my hair with bottled water. The rooms are all dated and the entire hotel a mess , if you don’t want to feel discomfort STAY AWAY… I checked out, when to the Four Points Sheraton (same road ) great hotel good amenities , everything you need.. what an experience …

The location is great which is near the metro station, the Museum of the Future and the World Trade Centre. The room is comfortable but a little dated, the staff members were friendly and considerate.

Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and kind . The location was good . It was close to Burj Khalifa

The staff was not courteous, I checked in 10 hours late due to delayed flight but they were not flexible for late checkout Overall bad experience

The room is spacious and the hospitality of the staffs are amazing. The hotel is located between 2 metro stations within a walkable distance and many eateries are near by. Ideal location in downtown Dubai. Highly Recommended.

The location was amazing. The lobby was lovely. It took 1.5 day to change the minibar of my room cuz it did not work well which was disappointing. Breakfast was very good and tasty and overall I give 4/5 to this hotel.

The hotel was located in between 2 metro stations, and even though it's right opposite the museum of the future, you woud have to walk to one of the metro stations to cross over. Hotel wise, super outdated and old in furnishing. Hardly any powerpoints around, there was none around the bed area which meant that I had to unplug the hot water kettle to charge my phone (I was allocated to a handicap room). The worse part was the bathroom, I kept having issues with the toilet bowl and it was'nt able to flush. Even though the hotel fix the problem, it would come back again next day! Luckily I was on a business trip and was not in the room most of the time, imagine staying in a room without a proper flushable toilet?! Oh, and toothbrush and toothpaste is'nt provided, so better to bring your own. With the price paid, I'm sure there are other much better hotels around!
