Not a good service this time i asked for a dental kit but no one came until i checked out,, so dissapointed

It wasn't bad. The rooms are very spacious. However, the breakfast is modest. And the hotel is already a bit tired. The pool is tiny. I don't plan to return. The price speaks for itself

After checking in, I waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes. The hotel lobby provided drinks for customers and there were many sofas in the hotel lobby. After opening the room, I found that the hotel room was quite large, but the windows could not be opened. The staff prepared disposable slippers for customers in advance, which was very considerate. There were many clothes drying racks in the cabinet, which was good, and the shower room was also large. The sheets and quilts feel like they are new, which is good. The hotel is near the community. Walking a few dozen meters to the right from the hotel entrance, there is a gift shop that is very common in Dubai. It also sells daily necessities at relatively favorable prices. A few steps forward, there is a small Sri Lankan restaurant. Anyway, it feels quite new to me. , there are also pastries in that small restaurant. I left this hotel and chose another hotel because the windows in this hotel could not be opened.

The service is good and the surrounding area is also convenient. Fairoos is very helpful, except that the local taxi driver will take a detour. Others are very good

The hotel is a bit old, and there are a lot of things to eat around, all of which are small shops. Most of the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The doorman who wears glasses is very enthusiastic.

The environment is average, the room is not soundproof, there are no disposable slippers, the attitude of some staff at the front desk is a bit bad, overall I am not satisfied, and it does not achieve a comfortable environment

We have had a lovely stay here just last week , our room was amazing , really spacious , We had the all inc option , food and drinks round the pool were 10/10 , friendly staff, giving water out around the pool, Lovely Comfortable sunloungers no rush for beds which was goof too

Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, Mohsin the manager made us feel very special and even sent complimentary birthday cakes for me and my family member on two occasions. Salman was very caring and housekeepers were always very helpful kind and friendly. Made the room very clean and comfortable . Would highly recommend staying here. Good for nearby restaurants, beach shopping. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
