Hotel location is OK and ita looking like an old property. The car park area is not up to the mark and its tiny basement parking with limited slots.

There are supermarkets around, but not many restaurants. The room smells musty.
The front desk service attitude is good.

Hotel parking entry is almost 100 meter away but below that Hotel. Searching was a task
All equipment are old i.e. bath tub was rusted but even old other equipment were maintained

Excellent value for money, excellent breakfast for the price, there are transfers to the beach and shopping center, the metro is very close - just a couple of houses away, there are many supermarkets and cafes nearby, about 1 km away is the Day to Day store
