The check in process was long and I had to wait for 1 hour. The room was dirty and smelly. The breakfast place was not organized, wasn’t clean & the staff were not helpful.

super convenient location, Masreq Metro station is just 3 mins walk from hotel back entrance (see photo). Room and toilet is big for Superior King bedroom, quite nice and simple, though the cabinets are alitrle aged. Service is OK, gym well quippped and large compared to other hotels. Pool are ok size for similar hotels. For the price you pay, its a fantastic deal for location, cleanliness, size, and amenities. There is Viva supermarket 2mins walk away, cheap and good sharwama sandwiches and indian food at Tasty Baba just 3mins walk away, and good Afgan cuisine round the corner and also Caspian Kebab.
