My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the poor behavior of one of the receptionists, Bassem. I found him to be unprofessional and unhelpful during my stay, and he inaccurately reported to the booking platform that I had no concerns, which was not true.
His attitude negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel, and it’s concerning that other reviews also mention rude reception staff without any apparent action from management.
In addition to the service issues, several things in the room were problematic. The safe didn’t work, the fridge had to be replaced, and the air conditioning was very slow to cool the room. Furthermore, the hotel’s location is quite isolated, making it inconvenient.
Overall, my stay fell far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I hope management, if attentive, will provide training for Bassem on professional and honest customer service, as he doesn’t seem suited for the duty manager role. Ayoub or Chance would be much better suited, as they are exceptionally professional.
