The duty manager in this hotel was genuinely supporting the guests and staff, which creates a healthy working environment. Check-in was swift thanks to the energitic receptionists. This hotel allows self-checkout. This luxury is possible because this guest-respecting hotel doesn't have the $5 soda can minibar deprived played out scam....that malignant hotels insult guests with Sunset & Sunrise 🌇 🌅 🌆 look so nice from the 🛌 or 🛀. Tempting to stay more nights, but the rest of the World needs to be audited, so the most pro-social thing I can do is recommend this outstanding to everyone

The waiter service in the lobby is very enthusiastic； There are many types of food and they are very delicious.

Very good location!! Just 10 seconds walks from the Emirates Tower metro to hotel. 24 hours restaurant and supermarket juts downstairs very convenience. When we check in staff upgraded us to higher level with very nice view of Dubai. Can see the Burj khalifa . Definitely coming back next time!

After visiting other hotels during my stay in the UAE, this hotel could be a lot better. The toilet constantly has a smell of urine and the furniture is old and dirty. The facilities are good including the pool, gym, the breakfast, and the fact it’s near to a metro station but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Hotel was ok but not really 5 star hotel Not iron in the room and not shaving cream and razor

This was our first time in Tower Plaza Hotel with my twin daughters. The hotel presently surprised us with views, and connectivity. Breakfast had everything to choose. The staff were generally welcoming specially Dina at checking desk she was very polite and helpful.Swimming pool was perfect, our room view was great and mainly Metro station was literally outside the hotel which was easy to get anywhere in Dubai very convenient. Aicha and Usman the rest of staff at concierge team were very friendly answering all the questions . The waiting time to access the lift was horrible. Everything else was good and reasonable price . Thank you all .

I will only be able to tell you that I will never be in this hotel or it is not worth 5 stars or for me it is considered a hostel and not a hotel!!!Dirty service is bad I had to change hotels unfortunately

1. Chose this hotel due to its location which is located right in front of Emirates Tower Metro station. Very convinient. 2. Below hotel within walking distance, you get a lot of food and supermarket as well. 3. Hotel upgraded my room upon arrival to 59 floor which I have a very good view and big size room Here are some other not so good comments: 1. Room service staff always come at the wrong timing when I'm in room or 12am for my final night stay. Who come and clean the room at 12am? 2. Stayed 4 night, only 2 night room was cleaned up, the rest of it nothing was changed or cleaned. 3. Although I got upgraded to Level 59, but to get a lift and get to Ground floor or vice versa, is quite hassle due to 5 lift servicing all guest for 30 over floors. 4. Had breakfast one of the day, it was packed to the brim. No staff managing queues and table, literally just let every hotel guest get into breakfast lounge and let them find their own table. Poor waiter staff have to clean table ASAP as when anyone leaves.

High value for money, right next to metro, very convenient, especially in summer over 45 degrees outside

Its good hotel, service is really appriciateble. But cannot be rated 5 star hotel. It is a 4star hotel only.

Convenient location - right in front of Emirates Towers metro station exit which is 2 stations away from main Dubai sight - Burj Khalifa - red line from Dubai airport, easy to go to other Dubai main sights. Good choice and quality of buffet breakfast, enough tables n room for the guests. Clean and the service is good: I am grateful for the early check-in and free room update to a higher floor with no extra charge as well as luggage storage for 2 days after check out for free. I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Good value for the price as they offered special rate at the time I made reservation.

located in dubai at downtown, so it is really nice location. a little negative aspect of the hotel is cleaning, i think. But overall, it is really good hotel.
