The hotel service is very good, the room is hard to describe. The room on the first day had a very pungent smell. The hotel changed the room on the second day. The air was fresher and cleaner, but there were still some details. For example, the disposable slippers turned seriously yellow after opening. But overall it is much better, and the view of the house is much better. Because some of the hotel rooms face the construction site, of course there is no construction and no noise. It is relatively quiet overall. The room on the second day was very large and spacious. The hotel service staff, whether it is the front desk manager, the concierge, or the valet parking, are very friendly and seriously solve the problem.

My favorite 5-star hotel in Dubai! Very cost-effective, located in the upscale Business Bay area in the center of Dubai. The surrounding environment is great and the scenery is beautiful. I will book this hotel again next time I come to Dubai!

We had a pleasant stay, top service, an incredible room, with supplies provided every day, swimming pool with incredible Burdj Khalifa view, I highly recommend

High quality hotel, perfectly soundproofed room, comfortable bed. Shower and bathtub in the room. It has several restaurants, certainly highly recommended.

it was really bad experience , i don’t recommend it ever never
only the security guys where good with us,
Others are really not good
I will never try it again , especially reception lady morning shift as she was not supprtive for the break fast timing
