The hotel is in a quiet yet noisy location, with a moderate location, close to Dubai mall and the Future Museum. The surrounding environment is good and there are many restaurants. The room is clean, the room service is very good, the breakfast is very good, and the food and service are impeccable. The only drawback is that it took a long time to get a room with a better view the next day when checking in. The efficiency of answering the phone at the front desk needs to be improved, and the lobby is small and dark.
