Must be conducive in sleeping after midnight because some guest are really disrespectful talking outside and shouting along the corridor

Advisable for filipinos . The area is kabayan friendly. Lots of filipino resto around the street. International cuisines are also present. Walking distance from metro station. Lots of filipinos in the area. They also have starbucks in the lobby. Wifi are powerful. They have smoking room too. They also cater short time extension. The hotel is safe

Nearly a 5 stars review. Lost 1 star because gym was not open at advertised times. In reception and in welcome book different times advertised and attendant said 09.00 one day he was extremely late opening 1 hours 40 minutes asked him to try and be in time following day and yet again late opening. I complained to duty manager and timing was correct after that I hope he didn't get fired because of my complaint. The shop in the hotel expensive bought plasters for 15 Dirhams yet across the road 24 store was selling same product at 2.50 dirhams. Finally pool is just for fun not if you want to exercise.

Location is good. Service is not that responsive cleaning the room.

This hotel is located at walking distance from Al Rigga metro station and the neighbourhood has all the facilities like supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc. hotel has its own facilities and they keep it all clean. Gym and swimming pool manager/ Trainer Vijay is a great person. Very supportive and knowledgeable.

Room was clean, ordered in room dining for breakfast and it was good. The concierge was helpful and bellman Sujit was friendly and very helpful too.
