Im a regular resident in this hotel good hotel great hospitality, michael the recipients is the most awful worker i have seen terrible hospitality terrible customer service, while on the other hand you got maria and talhi great customer service unseen like before 10/10 and you got kashif he will greet you with a warm welcome, 10/10 hotel would definitely recommend

Nice apartment Good services of all staff Cleaning with Mohammed Ali is well provided Reception is always available Location is one of the best in Dubai on the main road, close to metro and Dubai mall, World Trade Center. Highly recommended for short and long stays. Access to Vocco hotel facilities.

Amazing stay special thanks to Maria for amazing assistance and hospitality and dilshan from bellman.will surely visit back again.pool rooms are spacious.breakfast was good view was amazing service was good.the greeting at the start of stay made us feel special from start to end from the reception.

The housekeeping Salman Malik was friendly and nice. The hotel apartment is average. The noise cancelation in the room windows was good but the room door didn’t have good noise cancelation. The furniture is overused and would be much better if replaced.

Nassima apartment is Excellent and houskeeping salman is so good and all staff are good behaviour And the City view rooms offered a mesmerizing nighttime experience, while the sunrise and sunset views from sea view rooms were truly magical Our team spend a best moment on this apartment . We'll come soon .

The staff were great but the hotel is tired. The price is right, and the breakfast is in the adjacent hotel, which fine, and the buffet is fine. Room was large, having a kitchen, lounge area and a large bedroom. I would that my stay was fine for one night. Wi-Fi was bad! Slow and connection unstable.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had a delay with the floods and they were extremely flexible allowing a late check out. Maria’s customer service was amazing! We will definitely come back and stay next year. Thank you to the team
