Hotel staff was nice and helpful but they needed me to ask every day for room service ,just to clean!
Furniture is old too need to renew!
On 2nd floor there is night club,was very loud , sometimes I can hear it from 9th floor .
Location was good with good Skyline and there is many indian Restaurants near by .
Compare to what I paid I rather increase my budget by 20% and go closer to business Bay .

Not good at all. For checkin I was waiting for half hour at reception……..Rooms are tiny…….dont take 12 floor …..it is half section for spa…..and women’s working at spa will keep roaming and chatting till late night …..which can easily heard in the room……very annoying
Bathroom were smelly……other room was nicely clean
Overall to be avoided if possible

The room was better than last time with high ceiling and worth paying for the price.the reception is quick checking in and staff are friendly.

I feel uncomfortable. I want to get more water but they don't bring it. Customer service is not enthusiastic. I will never come back or recommend to friends

The hotel facilities are old, the environment is not good, and the service is poor. I called many times and the Wi-Fi was disconnected directly and could not be connected! I was playing games and suddenly the network was disconnected. I called the front desk but it was not resolved.
