Lovely stay yet again. However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all. Even though there was only 20 mins left and all that buffet food would have been wasted- sounds bizarre to me but the manager wouldn’t budge. Later another manager apologised to me about it when I told her. It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for. Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view.

We were staying for a week and we really liked the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, the only remark here is that you can not have a doggy bag if you cant finish everything. I understand that they wont let the guests bring the breakfast as takeaway, but at least let me get a coffee to go. also, there was no possibility to connect your phone to the TV and there were no appleTV or similar installed. This was a bit annoying when you wanted to watch a movie. Overall, I am very happy with the stay! Staff was good.

Second year in a row visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it did not disappoint, we booked a club room again, it is worth the extra if you like a few pre dinner drinks. Room: We were in 3003 in the club tower, very spacious, super comfy XL bed, sitting area, large screen smart TV, illy espresso machine, robes, slippers etc. Turn down service with chocs on your pillow, plenty of towels, super comfy pillows, balcony with sea/pool view. Room boy was great, nothing too much trouble if you wanted extra water,coffee toiletries etc. Club lounge: We had breakfast in the club lounge every morning, we preferred this to the main buffet in Brasserie 2, much quieter and table service if you wanted it. Excellent selection, pretty much everything you could want. You can tell they use quality ingredients, the eggs had deep orange yolks, lovely selection of fresh breads etc. We used the lounge every night for complimentary pre dinner drinks, again great selection of alcoholic drinks and cocktails made to order from 6-8pm. You can also have afternoon tea from 3-4.30pm, we did this on a couple of occasions and it was lovely (soft drinks, tea/coffee only) The service in the club lounge was excellent. Restaurants: We were on 1/2 board, you can use the buffet, or any of the restaurants at LRM or Grosvenor house. There is a set 1/2 board menu or you can choose from A la carte with a 150 dhs pp allowance We ate at Rhodes 2010, Maya, La Strega, Zengo, and the buffet at Brasserie2, all were excellent, but Rhodes 2010 is the diamond in the crown, Chateaubriand was melt in the mouth, so good we had it twice! Service in all the restaurants was excellent. Pool/Beach: We were at the pool most days, never ventured down to the beach. Never a problem getting a sun lounger (very comfortable) with an umbrella to shade you. Again service was excellent, if you wanted extra/fresh towels, no problem, they also came round with ice lollys and cold towels to keep you refreshed. Swim up bar at 2 of the pools or sun lounger service available regularly for food or drinks. Reception/Concierge: Always people on hand to answer any questions you may have about the hotel or shopping, taxis, etc. A shout out to a few members of staff who, in our opinion made or stay that bit more special, these staff members were above excellent and deserve a mention. This is a wonderful restaurant and hotel! I am very glad that I visited it and as soon as I am in Dubai, I will definitely come here!!! dinner at brassarue2.0 is fabolous.server ghimire who looked after us was amazing,helpful and kind.definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.Food was awesome and variety of foodschoice.

Thank you to Prem, Haris and Iduhil for their fantastic service during brunch. We had a super time! The food and choice of drinks was outstanding! One thing I would change is the music - it was far TOO LOUD in order to have a conversation. Thank you.
