The best experience so far! The staff is excellent and the interior is awesome. The breakfast had wide variety of items to choose from. We booked a luxury room with Burj Khalifa view and it actually had Burj Khalifa view. I will certainly visit this hotel again.

The location was ideal, but I wasn't too keen on the service provided by some staff at this hotel. My 1 night stay here wasn't the greatest and breakfast was bellw average.

My first experience hotel when I came to Dubai for the first time. This is a very big hotel and I believe it's an indian based world class hotel. Even the buffet breakfast is also mostly indian food and we love it so much! The room is also very big and spacious and clean!

We travelled as a family with a young child. Possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed. Clean, friendly and willing to help. We booked various actives directly from the hotel and all went smooth. At check out we found our child lost his toy somewhere in the hotel and the staff was so friendly giving him a camel teddy. So sweet. Thanks a lot for this experience!

Great service, but cleanliness and location are not the best

It's a very nice hotel, great location near the burj Khalifa. The service was good, breakfast selection was good. The security at rhe door and restaurant staff were pleasant and always helpful. The room was very spacious and it had a huge bathroom. We did have a decent view. The only problem is the pillows were very soft and it would have been nice for them to have given memory foam pillows. There was no qibla compass in the room which was slightly weird for a hotel in Dubai. The checking in and checking out process was quite easy and there is no room card everything is on the phone.

Amazing stay at Taj Dubai, loved their services and breakfast. Was slightly upset by the fact that the burj view wasn't so good as expected, as a building was blocking it.

Top class hotel. Situated in Business Bay next too Billionaire Restaurant and Club. If you book an UBER make sure you put The Taj business bay as I Found that the Uber app wanted to take me to a different hotel called the taj that’s not the right one. It might be easier to put Billionaire in the UBER App to make 100 percent sure you arrive at the right place. All the local taxi drivers knew where The Taj business bay was. So I came for 3 nights in May 2022. Check in was quick and easy. Was offered a refreshing drink why I had a very short wait which was a nice touch. All the staff very pleasant. My room over looked The Temple so a great view. The room had a nice King Size bed a desk large Tv and a good size bathroom with a bath and Molton Brown shampoo etc. There are 4 or 5 restaurants in the Hotel. I tried the Eloquent Elephant that has a happy hour for food and drink between 4-7 most days. 39 aed for chicken wings and the same price for a pimms. I also tried the Treehouse, generally around 80 aed for a cocktail it also serves food. I have read that the main restaurant does a really good breakfast but unfortunately on this trip I didn’t have time to try that. I had one problem with my stay when the lights wouldn’t turn off at night. Rang the manager and it was sorted within 5 minutes. Room was well cleaned every day and they change the sheets every 3 days but u can request every day. Overall I would say if you want to stay in the Business Bay Area of Dubai this is a great hotel and it’s well priced for the quality. There is a swimming pool and Gym but again I didn’t have chance to try those. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of my best stays in recent times. Friendly staff, very clean room, great dining options, almost hourly shuttle transfers to the Dubai Mall,I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for a perfect stay. This hotel will make your travel even more pleasure.
