The location was so good nearest to Burj Khalifa and all the tourist attractions places. Also near the metro station. Satisfied with the Services and amenities provided during the stay.

It is a good place. However, they have shut down their kitchen which has put an end to the entire vibe of this place. This place used to give the feeling of an apartment more than a hotel, which wouldn’t be the case anymore, and which is why we probably wouldn’t go back there anymore.

The hotel is quite old And current under renovations So it’s quite noisy and disturbing. Not so recommend Only thing good is near to the metro and cheap price

The worst experience ever had the rooms was very bad on this very indeed renovation hotel. Don’t go there unless you want to ruin your holiday.

30 floors building only has four small lifts! Long waiting time. Have to ask for clothes hangers, shampoo, kettle, after entering the room.

I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Poor customer care service and they did not give me the room that I booked. The rooms are also super dirty.

Hello, thank you for the hospitality of the Emirates Grand Hotel, but there was an issue that the hotel was being renovated and it was not suitable for using the elevator and the noise, otherwise everything was fine.

The location is perfect , everything near to you , but the serviece + cleaning , furniture very bad , also they cost you like you will stay at 4 or 5 star hotel when in reality the hotel is 1 or 2 star maximum .. I can't stand beenig there more than one day , after that I checked out and went to other Hotel , even if the hotel I went was a bit far from everything but the Cleaning and furnture and the serviece very important to me , I rather to take taxi everytime i go out than staying in bad hotel just for the location .. this is my honset review about Emrqties Grand hotel , never again ..

Nice hotel but got very expensive now from summer time to be honest but great location

room view and balcony view was amazing. the toilet cleanliness could be better.

Totally disappointed with my stay at this hotel and will not choose it again! The rooms both had Mold and the air was not clean. the room were old and not cleaned properly. There was considerable noise from the renovations. Service was nonexistence. Furthermore, the GYM was NOT available!

They give water only during check in, rest of the days you are charged or you buy water on your own. Service is very poor, ask for towels you get it late evening or the next day.

Located in a very convenient area but hotel is showing its age.
